About everyone uses non-US chips in the US. Think about anything digitally controlled, and there will be at least one non-US chip in it. Sometimes dozens, sometimes hundreds.

None of the chips in the US are fully US made.
Last I heard the Apple M series chips are made by TSMC, but maybe storage chips could be from Samsung?
