Prices going up is literally the intention of tariffs. Increasing prices on imported goods is the fantasy of how tariffs encourage the purchase of domestic goods.

I somehow feel like a Christian American Trump supporting woman would not be welcomed back into the Muslim world with open arms. I’m sure her fate wouldn’t be the same in every country but “good” would not describe her future.

The word “evil” is meaningless. Cultures act and react based on their own rules. Honor killing exists. Stoning exists. Domestic slavery exists. If that’s how they want to live, have fun. But don’t pretend the Muslim world does not include these cultural practices.
