It is. But in some cases there’ll be a game or something that has requirements that are hard to wrestle with. For me it was a video game that needed specific libraries to run (possibly directX or whatever is current these days). After hours of attempts I downloaded Crossover and it worked instantly.

Desktop applications like the Office suites typically ran well for me in WINE. although my experience with those is dated by now.

I’m speaking from a macOS perspective but I’ve used WINE on Linux too.

Crossover isn’t cheap, but it can save so much time compared to WINE that I think it does pay for itself.

Simplicity was important for me. I started with just getting breakfast right: something I like, that’s healthy, every day. Boring, but I can do it.

Edit: meals you can make in a slow cooker or large pot are ideal. I turn the temperature off low and can take breaks to play computer games or whatever to break things up. Once I’ve everything chopped and added, I turn on the heat. It takes me quite a while this way, but I can make enough for a few days.

Now you’re saying that there was no election. How was it “rigged” in that case? Listen, you’re confusing appointments with the election process.

Corruption and incompetence exist in all institutions to some degree, but one thing you can be sure of is that elections are not rigged. There is no credible evidence of this. Please don’t spread conspiracy theories like that because besides being false, it could give people the impression that their vote doesn’t count.

Elections are not rigged. People have a free vote. An uninformed electorate are complicit in helping political parties export their liabilities to the EU, but please don’t spread conspiracies that have no basis.

I’m glad this is gaining momentum. It’s been clear for a long time that she is neither competent nor trustworthy. It’s a pity our electorate did not notice this during the previous elections. Her EPP party should have taken a massive hit under her leadership.

The horrors of this invasion should be taught in school history. There’s a danger that we look at the horrors of the past, which are also taught in our history, and think “well, I don’t think this would happen in this day and age”. We can’t afford to stay complacent.
