Not to mention that it doesn’t even cover winter months at all. Battery or no battery it doesn’t cover even the usage most of the time when the sun is out, let alone charge the battery.

My worst case winter month (not even by day and I like to be warm every day) is generating less than 25% of consumption. Not that other winter months are much better.
I’ve been running it for years now. No issues.
