Do you believe in imprisoning people indefinitely without proof of crimes? Has Israel committed crimes, yes. Have these individuals? We don’t know. Unless they had proof of those individuals doing wrong I would see it as abduction. The Belgian government didn’t investigate for months. An NGO fighting against human rights violations in Palestine did track them on social media, saw they were at Tomorrowland in Belgium and filed a complaint. Only then the government acted by questioning the soldiers.
Bob Vyland says something, gets villainized. Belgium does something, gets lionized. Why are politicians not seeing Israel as a third rail to their career?
I believe that there will be a tipping point with politicians soon. there are Zionist lobby groups, but if you can’t get elected on that platform, or pro Gaza politicians start to be seen as less corrupt then things will change very quickly.
